What it does
Live capture, real-time analysis, and full-corpus search - every layer attributed by speaker and linked back to source.
Speaker identification
Hybrid rule-based and machine-learning diarization. Catches self-introductions, role markers, and bar-number signatures, then confirms with voice embeddings. Attorneys can correct labels per line or in bulk.
Consistency scoring
Every utterance is checked against the prior sworn record - depositions, declarations, prior testimony, billing entries. When a witness contradicts what they said before, an alert fires with a citation back to the source.
Objection and fallacy detection
Surfaces grounds to object as the question is being asked - hearsay, leading, speculation, asked-and-answered, lack of foundation - and flags rhetorical patterns in counsel argument: strawman, ad hominem, burden-shifting, false dichotomy. For the moment you have three seconds to stand up or stay seated.
Counsel statement audit
Witnesses are not the only source of misrepresentation. Adrestia indexes statements made by counsel - in pleadings, on the record, in argument, and in correspondence - and surfaces contradictions against prior filings, the docket, and the underlying record. Built for the moment when "we never said that" is, in fact, on page seventeen.
Discovery mining
Production volumes are the haystack. Adrestia ingests deposition transcripts, document productions, billing records, OFW exports, and email archives, then lets you query the entire corpus by witness, theme, date range, or contradiction pattern. Citations resolve back to the exact page or timestamp.
